Life Support Medics are a newly established training provider. Their trainers are all experienced in first aid and trauma and come from various backgrounds including the army, the fire service, nurses and general practitioners.
They provide a range of first aid courses to suit most businesses and people. They can tailor a package to suit a certain number of candidates or to where you will most likely be using your newly gained skills.
The courses on offer are:- 3 day first aid at work, 1 day emergency first aid, 1 and 2 day paediatric courses, appointed person, Automated external Defibrillator or AED. All are HSE approved and paediatric courses are also ofsted approved.
Life support medics also offers further more tailored courses such as parent and child first aid, basic first aid for families and can provide other more tailored courses if required at varied course lengths.
When you call, they will listen to your needs and attempt to accommodate you as much as possible, including splitting the course over hours, evening, days or weeks without compromising quality.
Life support medics will be expanding their course base to include manual handling. Oxygen therapy is available as a stand alone course or an inclusive with the Automated External Defibrillator or AED course.
The company also has E-learning, however this is included for free when you take a course and will refresh your skills before you take your requalification course, and also provide free refreshers.
